Shipping options and estimated delivery windows are calculated during checkout based on the products in the cart and destination country.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email when the fulfillment provider returns shipment details. Account holders can also view tracking from order history.

Returns

Contact support within 14 days of delivery for return eligibility. Used personal-care products, final-sale products, and products without original packaging may not be eligible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to fulfillment error or damage in transit.
